Shipping Methods:
We offer Air Mail Delivery (Tracking is not available for Air Mail) for all orders and Express Delivery (Tracking is available for Express Delivery) for some orders (Express delivery will be available for all products soon).
Return / Exchange Policy:
Our return / exchange policy is very simple. If the item we sent you is
defective, you can return the item for exchange or refund. For
returning, the customer has to pay for the return shipping cost and we will pay for the additional shipping cost for us to send the exchange shipment to the customer.
Postage cost for all order is not refundable after delivery - we have paid the Post Office already and we can not get the postage cost back from the Post Office if they have sent the order to you.
*All items are tested 3 times before we ship them to our customers.
So the defective rate is very very low (so far as today 13 May 04 - the defective rate is only 0.002%).
** Return / exchange is not allowed if the item has been used or if the customer damaged the item himself / herself - eg. crashed the helicopter.
